This privacy policy applies to your use of our "PicInpaint" application (hereinafter referred to as "this application").

When we or our third-party partners provide services, we may collect, store, and use information about you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user, or you may not be able to enjoy certain services we provide, or you may not be able to achieve the intended effects of the relevant services.

1. Information sharing. Currently, we do not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties. Please be aware that collecting your personal information is only used to improve the accuracy of the ads and information recommended to you and improve your user experience. Your personal information will not be used for any other purposes, and we cannot identify your identity based on the personal information obtained.

   We will carefully evaluate the purposes of third-party use of shared information, comprehensively assess the security capabilities of these partners, and require them to comply with cooperative legal agreements. We will conduct strict security monitoring of the software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) obtained by our partners to protect data security. 3. Information transfer. We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following situations: (1) Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties; (2) In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidations, if it involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy, otherwise, we will require the company or organization to obtain your authorization again.
4. Secure storage. We will store your information in a secure manner, including local storage (such as using the app for data caching), databases, and server logs.
5. Right to object. During your use of our services, we may provide you with corresponding operation settings based on the specific product, so that you can inquire, delete, correct, or withdraw your related personal information. 6. Minor protection. We encourage parents or guardians to guide minors under the age of eighteen to use our services. We recommend that minors encourage their parents or guardians to read this "Privacy Policy" and seek their consent and guidance before submitting personal information.
